Oscar for Brussels Philharmonic

Brussels Philharmonic won the best soundtrack with 'The Artist'!

The Oscar has been received by Ludovic Bource, the French composer who teamed up with the orchestra for the movie. Congratulations!

Oscar night at Flagey this sunday

This Sunday the Brussels Philharmonic orchestra, who religiously dress in Café Costume, are  organizing an Oscar night at Flagey!

Brussels Philharmonic took care of the music for The Artist and has been nominated.

This party will gather the Runskop crew (Oscar nominated), Lunanime crew (Oscar nominated) the Brussels Philharmonic (Oscar nominated), Café Costume and the invite-only-guests.

The lucky ones will watch the ceremony live on big screen and party all night long.

Make sure you get an invite for this one of a kind event. 

IKEA Wilrijk is ready for you!

Last week the new IKEA in Wilrijk opened and a whole bunch of eager people were invited to come and visit the brand new store for the first time.
Among them was a group of bloggers who got a very special tour indeed.
Two of IKEA's interior specialists provided them with tailored advice on how to make even more use of their space when it comes to wardrobe dressings. Truth be told, IKEA does have some very smart solutions.

Nicki Minaj was spotted in Forever 21 last week, heading to "Good Morning America" to talk about the HIV/AIDS awareness campaign that she is doing together with MAC Cosmetics and Ricky Martin.

Step into the wonderful and curious universe of Hendrick's gin!

Last wednesday journalists and bloggers were invited to a rather peculiar place in Brussels for a Hendrick's Gin tasting in style hosted by global ambassador Xavier Padovani.

Born in Scotland in the mid-19th century, Hendrick's is a premium gin made with a number of unusual twists to deliver the most curious arrangement.

No wonder their blog is called the Unusual Times.

Good food, lovely people and new make up insights! 
Winner of the ICI PARIS XL x Dior Make Up Talent contest Valerie De Flo was present to give her tips & tricks about certain techniques, for example the Smokey Eyes. Afterwards everyone could go nuts and try everything out themselves. Take a look at the little video and photos below!

Last week the fashion week madness arrived in Amsterdam and ofcourse the oona's (true fashion-addicts as we are) were present as well! We visited the openings night, took some nice photos, enjoyed the fashion show, sipped some champagne and spotted some great looks in the fashioncrowd.
